This is our first hire. You won't be joining a team — you'll be building one. You'll work directly with our two founders, day-to-day, to take One Acc from pre-launch to market. We're looking for someone who orchestrates AI to build at 10x speed — not a traditional developer, but someone who treats AI coding assistants, LLMs, and generative tools as fundamental parts of their workflow.
This starts as a part-time / contract engagement — ideal if you want meaningful early-stage work with the potential to grow into a full-time role as we scale. You'll have direct input on architecture, product decisions, and technical direction from day one.
